HOSTAGE(2005)
I'm not really a fan of hostage type movies, and this does
nothing to change that view! While Bruce does a great job
here, it doesn't help the type of movie this is!! C

Three teen carjackers (one of them a real psycho) take over the
household of Kevin Pollak, Michelle Horn, and Jimmy Bennett.
Small-town sheriff (Bruce Willis, who was at one time a hostage
negotiator) goes to the scene and tries to solve the problem -- a
problem he learns later on to be bigger than he thought.
Suspenseful, smart, and well-acted thriller is a lot of fun. The
stylish direction also helps give it a little extra flavor. Only
the ending seems a little out of place because it is so melodramatic.
The ending almost looks like a cross between a soap opera and an
action flick.
Other than that, 'Hostage' delivered the goods one might expect
