But it is a petty good movie even though Cary plays a pretty
tough role! His demeanor does soften up after a while though! B+

I found it engrossing and entertaining. For its time, the aircraft
special effects were very good. Grant's character was largely
unlikeable, a bit of a departure for him. I wasn't very familiar
with Jean Arthur, but she looked great, and came off very well.
I might not have recognized the young Rita Hayworth. It had a good
