POISON IVY SET PAGE

The complete collection of Poison Ivy films, all
with different actors in differing roles! They are
almost all loosely related!

POISON IVY(1992):

This is probably Drew Barrymore's most serious
role! Also starring Sarah Gilbert, who does a
great job here! While semi-erotic, there is no
nudity at all! Very decent movie! B

A review from an IMDb.com customer:

Poison Ivy simply tells the story of a young girl
who definitely gets what she wants and even
resorts to murder if needs be. All four of the
main characters you can develop some feeling
for, and you could even feel sorry for Drew
Barrymore's Ivy, although I did feel as if
sometimes some characters were simply
failing to believe what was pretty obvious
to everyone else.

An 18-year-old Barrymore shines in this role,
and Cheryl Ladd is also very convincing.

A young Leonardo Di Caprio makes an appearance
in a perfectly watchable (but also rather short)
film, with good direction from the relatively
unknown Katt Shea. - jamiecostelo58

POISON IVY 2: LILY(1996):

Unlike the first movie, this one is full of
nudity!! This one's with Alyssa Milano, who
joins in the shedding of clothes, and eventually
becomes embroiled in a very awkward affair!
Unfortunately, unlike the last movie, there is
almost no plot here!! Except for the nudity,
this is pretty boring!!! C+

A review from an IMDb.com customer:

Poison Ivy II stars Alyssa Milano as Lily, a shy
and naive Midwestern girl who moves to L.A.
to study to become an artist. After feeling like
an outcast among her new, more exotic peers,
Lily happens upon a journal stuffed away in a
closet in her new apartment. The journal
contains stories of a confident seductress who
gets what she wants and is not afraid to do
anything. Lily decides to "become" this seductress.
Sexy Johnathon Schaech plays her love interest.

This movie is very mid '90s--the clothes, hairstyles,
music. It is a lot of fun. I first saw this edited for
TV a long time ago, but tonight I saw the unedited
version on HBO and I must say I had no idea it would
be so different. Milano and Schaech give top-notch
performances and Xander Berkeley was effective as
the creepy, sleazy art professor. The artwork in the
film was very beautiful and Joey Krees was too cool
as Peter the Performance Artist (surely he has
performed in other works?!--nothing listed on IMDb).
If you want sensual mid '90s fare, then Poison Ivy II
is the one to see. - g404c

POISON IVY 3: THE NEW SEDUCTION(1997):

While this one also has a considerable amount of
nudity it also actually has a plot: REVENGE!! A
pretty interesting story, and not badly done,
except the ending, which is very abrupt and
unsatisfying!!! B-

A review from an IMDb.com customer:

Yes this isn't high art, great writing, or anything
else that you would expect from a movie. But
nobody ever said it was supposed to be that. If
you are looking for fine film or Oscar caliber
performance look elsewhere. If your looking for
one freakin erotic movie, sit down, your ship
has come in. Jaime Pressly is ridiculously
goddess-like hot and meant for worship in
this standard erotic thriller. This is supposed
to be a feel good movie, it gets it's job done
and how!!!!!!!!!! I give it an 8 out of 10 based
on the fact that it serves it's purpose and does
what it's supposed to do. Winning Oscars ain't it.
But neither are movies like Death Race 2000 or
Enter The Dragon but they still
rule!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - Doug Galecawitz

Jaime Pressly ... Violet
Megan Edwards ... Joy Greer

Merete Van Kamp ... Catherine Greer
Gregory Vignolle ... Alvaro
Athena Massey ... Rebecca
Shanna Moakler ... Jaimie
Terence Paul Winter ... Ethan (as Terence Winter)
Susan Ward ... Sandy, Girl at Party
Michael McLafferty ... Scott, Boy at Party

POISON IVY 4: THE SECRET SOCIETY(2008):

This starts out promising, but then really dies
out! There is still nudity, but there's almost no
plot! Kinda feel like I just wasted an hour and
a half of my life! C

A review from an IMDb.com customer:

first off I was surprised to see ole BJ and the
Bear star Greg Evigan back on the screen,
where has he been. this movie goes in a
different direction and does not follow the
first 3 Poison Ivy films.. this one has a girl
starting her life over at a New England college.
sorta like a prep school I guess. kinda like
female version of Skulls. but anyways to be
honest I bought this just for all of the hot girls
in this movie,, and the DVD added it was
unrated. but the movie wasn't bad at all,
actually had some depth and plot to it,, a
real mystery for awhile,, . I think this one
would stand alone and really didn't need
to be even named poison ivy,, but I really
liked the film and was surprise some of the
young girls actually could act instead of just
look great naked. - kai ringler

Cast of Poison Ivy 4:

Miriam McDonald ... Daisy (as Miriam Mcdonald)
Shawna Waldron ... Azalea
Ryan Kennedy ... Blake
Crystal Lowe ... Isabel
Andrea Whitburn ... Magenta
Greg Evigan ... Andre
Catherine Hicks ... Elisabeth

Agam Darshi ... Nadia
Shaina Tianne Unger ... Tandra
Bridie Lunde ... Christa
Michaela Mann ... Monique
Blake Mawson ... Male Student
Dawn Chubai ... Reporter
Janet Bailey ... Hadrian
