THE FLASH(2023)
This is a tough one to review!
The pluses: Humor, Batmen, a decent story idea, Supermen,
humor, and did I mention Batmen!! Really, the only great
thing about this movie is having several of the previous
Batmen and Supermen represented here: George and George,
Adam and Ben, Christopher and of course Michael!! And they
throw in Gal Gadot for good measure! These alone make the
movie worth a watch!!
As for the negivitves: the CGI(as mentioned below), humor,
music(although there are a couple decent songs here), and
just something's not right here! Really can't put my finger
on it!
But overall this is a decent movie! Just don't expect
Superman or Batman great!! B+

Obviously the bad CGI was meant to be that way. I don't
understand those complaints. Probably one of the best DC
movies with original story telling since the Dark Knight
Series. Michael Keaton was great, and overall a homage to
the good parts of the Snyderverse. So many tributes to
so many people's visions of what the DC universe should
be. The Salkinds and Jon Peters should feel honored. How
sad that Ezra Miller has such talent and he cant be sane
in his real life. Overall it was a nice wrap up to the
DC universe, though I realize a couple more are on the
way. I am interested to see what James Gunn will do,
but the super hero genre may be going the way of the
Western overall. I cant think of too many characters I
still havent seen some version of. - ztigr
