THE A-TEAM SEASON 2 PAGE

THE A-TEAM SEASON 2

The second season that brought Mr. T, Dwight Schultz,
and George Peppard to the forefront of stardom, and
brought back an icon, Dirk Benedict(of Battlestar Galactica
fame)!!

Sadly, these are on double sided discs!! Which means that
you have to be incredibly careful when loading them into
the DVD player as to not scratch the second side!!! A horrible
way to distribute DVDs!!! Also, these were suppose to be
new, however, they were in terrible shape! I had to clean them
before I was able to play them!!! BOOOOOO!!!

And like the first season, 258,000 rounds of bullets fired,
not one person hit!!!!! LOL!!!!

Again many guest stars in this series, as this was, kind of like
Batman in the 60's, THE show to get your face on!!

EPISODE 1: DIAMONDS N' DUST(Sept. 20, 1983):

The boys(and girl) are hired by the daughter of a diamond
mine owner who gets killed while trying to mine his, um, mine!! A

trouble here, and the A-Team comes to his aid!! A

EPISODE 3: ONLY CHURCH IN TOWN(Oct. 11, 1983):

Face gets a message from an old flame and thinks that it's a
call for help!! In reality, it was just an apology, but they all go
to El Salvador to hep her out!! Turns out, she really does need
help, along with a convent of nuns who are running a home
for orphaned children!

Guest starring in this is Markie Post(Night Court, The Fall
Guy)!

This episode has a glitch in it and needs to be skipped
ahead where the glitch is!! A

EPISODE 4: BAD TIME ON THE BORDER(Oct. 18, 1983):

Bad dudes are smuggling illegals over the border and
putting them in enslavement!! One little girl gets away
and meets up with B.A. who gets the rest of the crew to
join him in stopping the ring!! A

EPISODE 5: WHEN YOU COMIN' BACK, RANGE RIDER? PT. 1 & 2(Oct. 25, 1983):

Horse rusting's the name of the game here, and it has
cowboys and Indians, and horse rustling!! The purpose
of the rustling is to sell for glue in Mexico!!!!

As an aside plot here, there's a new man chasing after
the group, Col. Decker!! Just as determined as the previous
dude chasing our heroes!!!

This was a double episode that was almost two hours
long, but so good and fun that it really didn't seem like
it!! Guest "starring" Lance LeGault(Magnum P.I., Star Trek:
TNG[episode "The Emissary"], and four Elvis movies:
Girls! Girls! Girls!, Kissing Cousins, Viva Las Vegas &
Roustabout), Morgan Woodward(Dallas, Star Trek: TOS

The Life And Times Of Wyatt Earp)! A+

EPISODE 6: TAXICAB WARS(Nov. 1, 1983):

Kinda what you'd expect here, a small cab company is trying
to keep operating while a larger company is trying to run them
and all the other smaller cab companies out of business!! So,
they go to the only people they can, the A-Team!!

Guest starring Michael Ironside(Smallville, V, Total Recall, Top
Gun), Ernie Hudson(Ghostbusters), Brion James(Blade
Runner, Fifth Element) A

EPISODE 7: LABOR PAINS(Nov. 8, 1983):

Some migrant farm workers are being oppressed by the
local land baron! The team shows up by hapenstance and
immediately get involved!!

Guest starring Charles Napier(Star Trek: DS9[episode "Little

EPISODE 8: THERE'S ALWAYS A CATCH(Nov. 15, 1983):

While in a small fishing town the crew stop in at a hospital to
attend to B.A.'s foot that he stepped on a nail with!! While
there, they hear of the local bully who's making the small

the whole area, including the town!! A fight ensues!!! A

EPISODE 10: STEEL(Nov. 29, 1983):

This is about a destruction company trying to do a job
and getting grief from a dude that it doesn't seem would
be even interested!! Turns out there is a connection to
organized crime!! Heaven knows why, but the A-Team's
bound to find out!! A

James(playing here his usual role in movies, a Sheriff: The
Man With The Golden Gun, Live And Let Die, Superman II) A

EPISODE 12: THE MALTESE COW(Dec. 13, 1983):

Yep, there really is a cow in this!! But more to the plot, there's
a Chinese mobster who's pushing his weight around in the
China Town district, of which the A-Team has a vested interest
in because they helped a friend open a restaraunt there, and
the thugs busted up the place!!

Guest stars include James Hong(The New Adventures Of
Charlie Chan, Blade Runner, Big Trouble In Little China),
Keye Luke(Charlie Chan movies from the 30's and 40's,
Green Hornet serial[1940]), Peter Kwong(High Road To

off to Venezuela!!! A

EPISODE 14: THE BATTLE OF BEL AIR(Jan. 10, 1984):

While planning on when and how to "get out of town", a
reporter working in a "security firm" finds the group at
a hardware store that Face is working in!! She tells them
that the Army is closing in on them and that they need to

place of Amy who's overseas as a correspondent!! What
she doesn't know is that the "security company" is actually
a front for a hit company!! A

EPISODE 15: SAY IT WITH BULLETS(Jan. 17, 1984):

In this one we have an Army Leiutenant who's running arms

A bus full of tourists who have just left a casino get robbed

Hannibal!! The real trouble is that they're surrounded by
Decker and his crew, and they can't get to medical help
without running into him!!! During his delirium, there are
several flashbacks to previous episodes!! A

From another reviewer at IMDb.com:

"A-team"is one of the best tv-series ever. Four
veterans of Vietnam war are wrongfully accused
and now they are outlaws.Peppard is very good
in his role.He plays Hannibal,the leader of the four.
I think is the best role of Peppard!But Mr.T as B.A
is also outstanding."A_team"is not only adventure
and crime.It has also comedy and sometimes romance.
If you like "MacGyver" you are going to love "A-Team".
Also if you are fun of Robert Vaughn you must see
"A-Team" because Vaughn plays general Stockwell.
A mysterious person who is a friend and an enemy
of the four veterans. - Andy S, (anstamatopoulos@yahoo.gr)
