First things first: HORRIBLE theme song!!
This has no semblemce tp the real Battlestar Galactica(1979)
TOO MUCH RELIGION!!!!
THE PLUSSES: the CGI is pretty good! That's it!!
Oh, one more thing, there are absolutely no likable
characters here!!!
DISC 1:
Episode 1: SCATTERED:
BSG jumps to avoid the Cylons and radio the rest of
the ships, gut the man in charge forgot to tell the
rest of the fleet of coordinate changes! B-
Episode 2: VALLEY OF DARKNESS:
Cylon's board the Galactica! B-
Episode 3: FRAGGED:
I have no fragging idea what this is about other than
some Cylons building a missle launcher! B
Episode 4: RESISTANCE:
Civil war erupts after Sual takes over the fleet
declares martial law and the ships retalliate by
stopping suply runs to the Galactica! C
DISC 2:
Episode 5: THE FARM:
Starbuck is wounded and wakes up in a hospital!
The President decides to organize a group and head
out on their own! B
Episode 6: HOME PART 1:
Both Part 1 & 2 are about getting the fleet back
together! B

Episode 8: FINAL CUT:
This is one of my most hated kind of episodes for
anytype of series, a film crew comes in and basically
threatens the stability of the whole fleet! F

Episode 9: FLIGHT OF THE PHOENIX:
The crew piece together a stealth ship! B+
Episode 10: PEGUSUS:
From the first few sconds of this episode I knew where
it was heading, and not in a good way!! D
Episode 11: RESURRECTION SHIP PART 1:
A Cylon ship is discovered that has been following
the fleet! Turns out that this is a "resurrection ship"
which is used to bring back the dead Cylons because
they're too far away from the Cylon home world! B
Episode 12: RESURRECTION SHIP PART 2:
Continued from the precious episode!
Episode 13: EPIPHANIES:
A major move is made! Good or bad, don't know! B
Episode 13: BLACK MARKET:
Guess what this is about!!! B
Episode 13: SCAR:
This one is about a super-Cylon! B-
Episode 14: SACRIFICE:
A woman and some thugs take over the bar and are
determined to get the Cylon! B
Episode 15: THE CAPTAIN'S HAND:
The commander of the Pegasus makes a stupid move
and it costs lives! B
Episode 16: DOWNLOADED:
This is so far off from the original it's now totally
unrecognizable! The baby is born! B-
Episode 17: LAY DOWN YOUR BURDENS PART 1:
The rescue party is met by the Cylons who do their best
to stop it! B
Episode 18: LAY DOWN YOUR BURDENS PART 2:
The results of the election are revealed and the new isn't
good for the humans! This is stupid as Baltar was never elected
as President!!! D

This show is so messed up that the writers had
to pull a "Deus ex machina" to tie up loose ends
in the finale!!!
The producer of the show wants us to believe that
it is a very deep scifi drama when in reality is just
a pretty dull drama with some robots in it. I believe
that the show was written as they moved along
without a clear idea of what to do next. The series
has interesting concepts and ideas. Sometimes
the series gained some momentum, but it fizzled
away very quickly.
The people from this far far away planet called
Caprica celebrate what they call "baby-showers",
drink "wine" and "champagne", suffer from some
strange sickness called "cancer" eat sushi etc etc.
There is no creativity in the writing!!! Everything
looks and feels like today Earth!!! Even the
characters behaviors!! If I want to see an earth
like drama I'll watch 24, ER or The Bold and Beautiful!
I did not feel the characters struggle to survive.
Starbuck and Apollo tried tooo much to be "cool"
and "tough". I hated both characters. Adama cried
tooo much for a seasoned commanding officer.

I really wanted to like this show. I watched every
episode, but at the end I still cannot recommend
