BONES SEASON 8
Season four about an F.B.I. agent & a bone specialist
who, together, use usual and the not-so-usual criminal
sleuthing methods to solve unusual crimes in the
Washington D.C. area, as well as others!!
All-in-all, this is actually pretty good, and interesting!!
EPISODE # 1: THE FUTURE IN THE PAST(Sept. 17, 2012):
With Brennan on the run, and Booth on suspension, it looks
pretty dark for our embattled crew!! But they carry on the
task of trying to clear Bones, and put the blame on the real
culprit, Christopher Pelant! This isn't easy as the rest of the
group still at the Jeffersonian have been given orders to turn
in Bones if they have contact with her, and to work on other
cases that are out there in murder land!! A
EPISODE # 2: THE PARTNERS IN THE DIVORCE(Sept. 24, 2012):
A burning body is found in a barrel by two transients in an
alley, which turns out to be a very high end lawyer!! There are
many suspects, but this really isn't about this particular case,
it's more about the relationship between Booth and Brennan
after having just gone through a very hard experience while
apart!! A
EPISODE # 3: THE GUNK IN THE GARAGE(Oct. 1, 2012):
Man exits a building elevator!! Man walks to his car in the parking
garage! Man sees a big glob on his car an removes it! Man is blown
to smithereens!! The F.B.I. goes to wife of man, and tells her that
her husband has been blown to smithereens!! Man walks up to
his door and asks what's going on!!!! OK, a little more to the story!!!! A
EPISODE # 4: THE TIGER IN THE TALE(Oct. 8, 2012):
A day laborer is found dead from a couple of gunshot wounds!!
While researching who he was and the sphere of people he was
in contact with, Bones and Booth get caught up in the illegal selling
of exotic animals!
Meanwhile, back at the personal side of life, Sweets invites his
girlfriend to move in with him!! Later, he wonders if he did the
right thing! A
EPISODE # 5: THE METHOD IN THE MADNESS(Nov. 5, 2012):
After the body of a woman is found in a trash can by garbage
collectors, the team's research takes them to an area of town
where all the shops are owned and run by "artisans"! In other
words all are old school with no additives or preservatives, and
all hand made or picked!!
Meanwhile, back at the personal side of life, Sweets has been
sleeping in his office since his break up with Daisy!! Seeley
invites him to stay with him and Bones for a while til he can
find an apartment of his own!! A
EPISODE # 6: THE PATRIOT IN PURGATORY(Nov. 12, 2012):
All of the interns are called in together for the first time to
work on a project together!! While doing research on one of
a huge number of unknown remains, Arastoo comes across
the remains of a man who was killed shortly after 9/11!!
This is a very emotional episode!!! A+
EPISODE # 7: THE BOD IN THE POD(Nov. 19, 2012):
Considerably lighter than the last episode(almost anything would
be), this is about a body being found in a bag on the beach!! Turns
out to be that of a man who does clean-up work of murder sites!!
While there are several suspects, Bones has a gut feeling about who
did it!!
On a personal note, Cam has a new boyfriend, but won't tell
anyone about him!! And, Arastoo has just been found out about
his talent in poetry!! A
EPISODE # 8: THE BUT IN THE JOKE(Nov. 26, 2012):
A man is defacing a billboard when he falls off of it, and he lands
on top of a dead body!! As he fell he knocked off the pail of glue
that he was using, and he gets glued together with the body!!
Turns out this dead dude was a comedian, and there are several
suspects that could have a motive to kill this guy! And the other
dude is a well known street artist that Angela is quite smitten with! A
EPISODE # 9: THE GHOST IN THE MACHINE(Dec. 3, 2012):
The skull of a young boy is found and the crew piece together
what happened, as seen from the skulls point of view!! Another
emotional type episode
Guest starring in this is Cyndi Lauper(singer) returning as the psychic
Avalon Hamonia!! A+
EPISODE # 10: THE DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH(Jan. 14, 2013):
A dance competition woman's body is found not just decomposing,
but riddled with jewels!! This prompts Booth and Brennan to enter
the competition under cover!
Angela is feeling like she's wasting her artistic talents while working
at the Jeffersonian and tells Jack that she wants to pursue her true
passion!!! A
EPISODE # 11: THE ARCHAEOLOGIST IN THE COCOON(Jan. 14, 2013):
A well known archaeologist is found in a cocoon in a tree!! There
are several suspects, as this dude apparently stumbled upon some
extremely import find!!
On a semi-personal note, Bones and Clark get into a battle for
possession of the bones!! A
EPISODE # 12: THE CORPSE ON THE CANOPY(Jan. 21, 2013):
Angela and Jack wake up to find their baby crying and a dead
body on the canopy of their bed!! Oh, goody!! My favorite bad
guy is back: Pelant! OK, not really my favorite! In fact, I really
hate these shows!! Can't be soon enough for me til they kill
this guy off and get off this stupid arc!! Unfortunately, this goes
on, and on, and on ----------- D
EPISODE # 13: THE TWIST IN THE PLOT(Jan. 28, 2013):
There's a woman discovered in a burial plot!! Not unusual, but
there just happens to be another one!! This brings the team to
research a company that helps people in their final days!
Back to the personal issues: Booth and Brennan have revealed to
each other that they have their wills made out. Bone's is 312 pages
long!! Booth's - on a post-it note!!! And Sweets and Daisy face
each other for the first time since their break up! A
EPISODE # 14: THE DOLL IN THE DERBY(Feb. 4, 2013)
A body is found in a no longer used slaughter house, very
dismembered!! This turns out to belong to a woman who
was a roller derby participant!! This sends Angela, who
apparently is the only skater of the group, to the rink to
try out for the roller team!!
Personal side: It's Valentine's Day and all the particulars are in a
hurry to solve this murder so they can got to their dates!! Well,
everyone but Bones and Booth!! A
EPISODE # 15: THE SHOT IN THE DARK(Feb. 11, 2013):
Brennan and Booth get into a fight, and she goes to work to cool off!!
But she didn't mean to cool off quite as much as she did, as while she's
there, she gets shot, and she "dies" and sees her mom, several times!!
This shakes everything she believes in!!
This guest stars, as Bones' father, Ryan O'Neal! A
EPISODE # 16: THE FRIEND IN NEED(Feb. 18, 2013):
The body of a teenage boy is found crammed in a suitcase, and the
trail leads to a party where all kinds of bad things happened!!
On the personal front, Finn wants to tell Cam that her daughter,
Michelle, is in town visiting him!! A
EPISODE # 17: THE FACT IN THE FICTION(Feb. 25, 2013):
A body is found when a farmer who's plowing his field digs it up!! The
body is that of a dude who worked with his brother at an auto shop
and they both had been estranged by their father, who was a drug
addict!
A new intern shows up, and he's getting on everyone's nerve!!! A
EPISODE # 18: THE SURVIVOR IN THE SOAP(Mar. 4, 2013):
A man's body is found encased in a barrel of soap! He turns out to be
from Sierra Leon and was one of many young soldiers in that country!
On the personal agenda, Cam and Arastoo are finding some difficulties
keeping their relationship a secret!! A
EPISODE # 19: THE DOOM IN THE GLOOM(Mar. 18, 2013):
A woman is killed when she awakens and seems disoriented,
opens her door, and gets blasted by fire!! Investigations lead
to a survival group who seem to be quite erratic!! A
EPISODE # 20: THE BLOOD FROM THE STONES(Mar. 25, 2013):
While examining a body from a car that's been in a hot/cold climate
that was dry/moist, the team discovers a bag containing diamonds!!!
To complicate matters worse, there's a dude there recording everything
going on for a documentary!!
Guest staring is Curtis Armstrong(Moonlighting, Boston Legal)!! A
EPISODE # 21: THE MAIDEN IN THE MUSHROOMS(Apr. 1, 2013):
A young woman is found in a mushroom mound! She turns out to
be the producer of a TV show loosely based on "Judge Judy"!! Many
suspects!!
On a lighter, and more personal note, Christine is accused of biting
one of the other kids in day care and Bones goes ballistic!!! A
EPISODE # 22: THE PARTY IN THE PANTS(Apr. 15, 2013):
An investment broker is found in a construction area and it turns
out that he's also a stripper!! But this is really not about this particular
case!!!
Booth's mother shows up out of the blue and drops a bomb on
him which he doesn't handle very well at all!!
Guest starring Joanna Cassidy(Boston Legal, Star Trek: Enterprise
[episodes "Home" & "Awakening"]) in her first of two episodes! A
EPISODE # 23: THE PATHOS IN THE PATHOGENS(Apr. 22, 2013):
A quickly decomposing body is brought to the Jeffersonian and
it's decided that the woman has some kind of new disease
that they don't recognize!! While working on the body, Arastoo
gets cut by a needle that's still stuck inside the body and he
contracts whatever killed the woman!! The race is on to find out
who the woman was, what the disease is, and what the cure is!! A+
EPISODE # 24: THE SECRET IN THE SIEGE(Apr. 29, 2013):
Another stupid episode with Pelant!! I HATE these!!! Now he's
after people in Booth's life! D-

I love this show so much. It's so intelligent
and unlike anything you've seen before. You've
seen cop shows, you've seen crime shows, but
you've never seen a show where the bones are
the key to solving the mystery. With an array of
crimes, pretty much all involving murder, but you
can't be surprised, how can they solve crimes with
bones if nobody's dead? There are many different
main plots, going throughout the entire season.
There's Gormagon, The Gravedigger, Pelant and
many others. With gripping stories, love, loss and
babies, Bones has everything you could ever want.
