ELLERY QUEEN SERIES PAGE

ELLERY QUEEN SERIES

One of the great series from the 70s that didn't get enough
time to build a following!!

The series is set in the 40's an is done quite well!! This series started out as one of the NBC Mystery movie
series then went on its own! That's probably what killed
it, unfortunately!

Still, we get 23 great episodes with Jim Hutton and David
Wayne, this is still a great watch in the 2000s!

PILOT: TOO MANY SUSPECTS(Mar. 23, 1975):

A well-to-do man's lover gets killed, and as the title
says, there's too mnay suspects!!

EPISODE # 1: THE ADVENTURE OF AULD LANG SYNE(Sept. 11, 1975):

reading, the things she reads seems to come true in
reality, so much so that she supposedly jumps from her
balcony and dies!

INTERVIEWS

From a reviewer at IMDb.com:

It has been years since I watched this. I remember though
that very few shows had every made me feel so inspired in
my life. I remember not liking George MIchael's songs before
the series, but then after it I liked them much more. - davesawesomeinbox
