HART TO HART MOVIE SET 1

The first set of the movies made from the Hart To Hart series!
In this set we have the first four movies followed later by the
last set of four movies!! These are only available as a MOD
(Made On Demand) DVD set from Amazon!! They have no
special features, and worst of all, NO CLOSED CAPTIONING!!!
In this day and age, this is not just bad, it's deplorable, as
many of the fans of this series are now in their 50s and 60s
and MANY of them have hearing issues!! Absolutely unbelievable
that they would make such a horrible decision!! When you go
to Amazon and look at the specs, it says these are on DVD-R
discs and won't play on any "recording devices"! Not true,
as they play fine on the computer!!

Returning in these movies are Robert Wagner, Stephanie
Powers & Lionel Stander!! Along with of course, Freeway(2nd)!

In these first movies we have several great guest stars: Mike
Connors(Mannix), Paul Williams(composer, actor[The Wild,
Wild West Returns], Maureen O'Sullivan(The Tarzan movies
from the thirties and forties), Alan Young(The Time Machine
[1960][2002], Mr. Ed), Howard Keel(Seven Brides For Seven
Brothers, Calamity Jane, Kiss Me Kate, Show Boat), Roddy
McDowall(The Planet Of The Apes series, many, MANY guest
starring roles on TV), Lew Ayres(Dr. Kildare series of movies),
James Shigeta(Flower Drum Song, Die Hard, Babylon 5[episode
Spider In The Web]), Vickie Lawrence(The Carol Burnett Show),
Mike Farrell(M*A*S*H Television show!!), Fred Willard(Everybody
Loves Raymond, Lois And Clark)!!

MOVIE # 1: HART TO HART RETURNS(1993):

The Harts return(duh) after being absent from the small
screen for several years!!! This one has a lot going on,
starting with Jonathan visiting with an old friend who's
asked him to buy his company! There are other factions
that are interested in the company, and they have decided
to ruin the Harts reputation!! Also going on here is Jennifer
trying to publish a story about a medical company!!

I'm glad to see that after the series had ended that
they continued with these reunion movies. They are
just as good as the series episodes. The chemistry
with the main characters is still there and the action

Same old story: Nice old lady dies(or is killed) - Jennifer
inherits a town!! OK, so maybe not the same old story,
but anyway so now Jennifer is in danger, though there's
no indication of why!! Many suspects, but unknown
crime(other than the old lady's death!!)!

Guest starring the great Roddy McDowall(Planet Of The
Apes series of movies), Maureen O'Sullivan(30's & 40's
Tarzan movies), Alan Young(Both versions of The Time
Machine), & Howard Keel(several musicals from the 40's
and 50's)!! A

A play producer hits Jennifer up for some help developing a
new play! Seems that in college she wrote a play that was
pretty good, and the producer read it then got the idea for
her to help!! Not everyone is thrilled about all of this, and of
course it's only a matter of time till her and Jonathan are
embroiled in murder!!

Guest starring a not so well name, but a well known face,
Richard Belzer(Law And Order, Law And Order - SVN, The
Flash[1990], Lew Ayres(The Doctor Kildare series of movies
from the 40's)!

costume party! While there, Jennifer overhears some
dudes planning a murder! Turns out that one of the
dudes is a very old friend of Jonathan's!!
