are Paul Petersen(The Donna Reed Show along with being a singer), Paul
Brineger(Wishbone in Rawhide) and Dennis Fimple(7 episodes of Alias
Smith And Jones, The Apple Dumpling Gang), and later in season 3,
Buddy Ebson! It's about an oil tycoon turned detective!
This would have been a perfect vehicle for Tom Sellack!!

Someone's stalking both Matt and a friend(Sharon)! The
idea is to replace Matt with a double and get his land!!

A former policeman is headed to prison and CJ is his

when she died of a stomach ailment which, if caught early

A woman who is quite mad is in "love" with Matt
and will kill anyone who gets in her way!

EPISODE 5: NEEDLE IN A HAYSTACK(Oct. 07, 1983):
During a raid for illegal aliens a young woman gets
raped and murdered by the head of the unit! Houston
gets on the trail of the boy which leads to the bad
cop murdering another cop and going after the boy who
saw it all!
I absolutely HATE these kind of stories!

EPISODE 6: MERILYN(Oct. 21, 1983):
A friend of Matt's calls and says he's going to be
killed! So Matt goes to try to help him and he winds
up dead telling him to keep "Marilyn" safe! A
EPISODE 7: THE GHOST OF CARTER GAULT(Oct. 28, 1983):
A friend of Matt's gets killed and he tries to find
the culprit! The real person behind the whole affair
kidnaps the little girl of a doctor on the case to
make sure she kills the only link that the police
has!

EPISODE 8: CHINA DOLL(Nov. 04, 1983):
A friend of CJ's gets killed and it appears that she
was just collateral damage in a drug rin, but JC
wants Matt to find out the truth!! A
EPISODE 9: BUTTERFLY(Nov. 18, 1983):
A young prostitue is trying to save her sister from
the same fate! She gets killed and Matt gets on the
case to try and save the sister!! C
EPISODE 10: THE CRYING CLOWN(Nov. 25, 1983):
Another friend of Matt's gets killed! It's all
about art forgeries!!

pianist! He gets involved when a man who's been tracking
the dude breaks into a concert and accuses him of the
dirty deeds!

While on vacation a man asks Matt to help find his

her, wanting to get together! This winds up getting her
boyfriend killed and their good friend sent to the hospital!
He's not all there!!

EPISODE 21: CASH AND CARRY(Mar. 23, 1984):
Another friend, more trouble for Houston! A friend of
Matt's who's a small time hood steals luggage for a
"career" steals the wrong luggage this time, one
belonging to the mob!!
