STARGATE - ATLANTIS SEASON 2(2004)
After SG-1's success, the producers figured what
the Hell, let's do another series! And here it
is!
I've not seen any of this as of this writing, so
I have no idea how good it is. Anyway, this stars,
well, no one I've ever heard of except Torri
Higginson(Tek movies and series!)! Also here, but
in later episodes, is Jason Mamoa(Auquman)!
So after 8 episodes, I have come to the conclusion
the reason this series rans for only 5 seasons probably
has to do with the lead actress, who is terrible in this
series!!
EPISODE 1: THE SEIGE PART FUCKING 3(July 15, 2005):
More fucking war shit! If I wanted to watch war
movies/tv, I'd watch Baa Baa Black Sheep(aka Black
Sheep Squadron) or To Hell And Back or, well, you
get the idea!! F
EPISODE 2: THE INTRUDER(July 22, 2005):
After a death on board, there's an, wait for
it, intruder on board the ship which Rodney
is mainly responsible for discovering and he's
sabotaged the ship! After more deaths, the
crew finally figure it out!
By the way, this flashes back and forth in time
between the main story and the story of what was
going on back on Earth! I think they really dropped
the ball on this part of the story and could have
devided the two stories into two episodes!

EPISODE 3: RUNNER(July 29, 2005):
While researching a new planet, the crew stumble
upon Ford, who has been on the run since the
first episode!
Jason Mamoa makes his debut in the series here!
This is the best episode so far in the whole
series!! A
EPISODE 4: DUET(Aug. 05, 2005):
While researching a planet, two members of the
team get snatched up by a Wraith ship. One of
them is Rodney and the other a woman! They wind
up sharing the same body(Rodney's) and the rest
of the episode is just plain silly!! B
EPISODE 5: CONDEMNED(Aug. 12, 2005):
On a planet where there's a penal colony
right next to the Stargate, the crew get
shot down while trying to return to Atlantis! B
EPISODE 6: TRINITY(Aug. 19, 2005):
The crew come upon what they believe to be the
most powerful weapon in history and Rodney thinks
he's smarter than the Ancients and can make it work!! D
EPISODE 7: INSTINCT(Aug. 26, 2005):
The guys run into a child Wraith whose guardian
thinks he can cure her!
Guest starring here is Jewel Staite(Firefly)!!!
Jewel would return to become a regular on the
series! C(only because of Jewel)!
EPISODE 8: CONVERSION(Sept. 09, 2005):
Back to straight horror!!! FF
EPISODE 9: AURORA(Sept. 23, 2005):
While quite unusual, THIS is what Stargate is
all about! Rodney and John join a bunch of people
aboard an Ancient ship bound for Atlantis! A
EPISODE 10: THE LOST BOYS(Sept. 23, 2005):
Lt. Ford is back and still not himself! He has a
plan to take down the Wraith Hive ship! Which
intails some of the crew taking his serum and
becoming like him!!
Bottom line, back to horror!!
And another "continued in the next episode"

EPISODE 11: THE HIVE(Jan. 28, 2006):
kNow on the Hive ship, the whole team seems
to be headed toward certian death!! D-
EPISODE 12: EPIPHANY(Jan. 13, 2006):
John goes through a dark portal and finds some new
friends! My how time flies! B+
EPISODE 13: CRITICAL MASS(Jan. 20, 2006):
The Gao'uld(WTF) have planted a bomb in Atlantis!!
There's an incredible timing issue here where
the lips don't sync!

EPISODE 14: GRACE UNDER PRESSURE(Jan. 27, 2006):
One of the "puddle jumpers" crashes into the
ocean with Rodney(of course) in it!! Another
pretty decent episode! No Wraiths, no Goa'ulds!

EPISODE 15: THE TOWER(Feb. 03, 2006):
The group are on a planet where it's run like
a kingdom! Turns out that John has what they
need to insure their coninuing existance!!

EPISODE 16: THE LONG GOODBYE(Feb. 10, 2006):
A pair of life support pods are found floating
around a planet, and inside are found two people!!
One of them zaps Elizabeth and, well, strange
things happen after John is requested to be
used for the other pod! This REALLY doesn't make
any sense at all!! Weir should've known what was
going on!!! And what the Hell with the security team!
LOL!!!
This is a re-do of the Star Trek: TOS episode "Let
That Be Your Last Battlefield"!! C
EPISODE 17: COUP D'ETAT(Feb. 17, 2006):
More shit about the Genii! Not too bad really!
Colm Meaney returns for his final appearance in
Stargate: Atlantis! C+
EPISODE 18: MICHAEL(Feb. 24, 2006):
A Lt. captured by the Wraith is having troubles
getting over it, along with amnisia!! Or that's
the story he's been told!

EPISODE 19: INFERNO(Mar. 03, 2006):
A group go to another planet that is having severe
tremors which the crew think they can help with!!

The human(Micheal)/Wraith arrives at Atlantis
to offer an alliance to help destroy the Wraith! F

Stargate Command has sent a team to investigate the
Ancients' city of Atlantis in the Pegasus Galaxy. The
team is led by Dr. Elizabeth Weir (Torri Higginson)
and Major John Sheppard (Joe Flanigan). While they
are exploring the Pegasus Galaxy, they accidentally
awakens the deadly Wraiths, a race of creatures that
survive by sucking the life out of human beings.
It's the second TV show of the franchise. It takes
the same concept, put new people in a team, and take
them to different worlds. At the start of season 4,
they decided to blow up the team by replacing Dr Weir
to energize the show. What it did instead was crumple
up any chemistry this show had. The producers probably
had good reasons to try but it sped up the show's demise
