Still going strong after 5 seasons, this season is
missing Michael Shanks as Daniel Jackson(reasons
being said that there were creative differences
between him and those in charge!! To make up for
his absence, they pick up a new character, Jonas
Quinn(played by Corin Nemic!) Not sure how this all
will work out until I watch it!

Don't you just love when a series decides to pit

I also don't like when they force a replacement of a

The team is trying to succure a derelect Gao'uld

Carter gets a call from a geneticist who says he's
in deep dodo and she, Teal'c and the wannabe go to
investigate!

Still looking for a symbiont for Jack, this leads
the team to - wait for it - THE ABYSS! C-+

The team go to the home planet of Jonas to help
them out of a possible war!

EPISODE 8: THE OTHER GUYS(Aug. 02, 2002):
Remember the movie of the same name? Welp,
this is the series' equivalent of that!! A
lot of Star Trek references, a lot of humor!
Basic story: there are some science researchers
on a planet and SG-1 are assigned to watch over
them, when a Goa'uld ship shows up and grabs the
team! This leaves it all up to the wannabes to
save the team!

EPISODE 9: ALLEGIANCE(Aug. 09, 2002):
Jack and Co. are attempting to keep the peace
at the SGC's base site between the Jaffa, Tau'ri
and the To'kra when there's a rash of murders, with
all sides blaming each other! A
EPISODE 10: CURE(Aug. 16, 2002):
While working out a trade agreement with new folks,
SG-1 learn that they have a cure for all illness!
But at what cost!!?? B+
EPISODE 11: PROMETHEUS(Aug. 23, 2002):
A newswoman gets wind of the Stargate!
This is a rediculous episode!

Rescued(?) by the Thor, he requests(?) that the
team help him and his Asgard friends defeat the
Replicators!

After returning from being offworld, the crew
appears to have brought back "friends"!!! A+
EPISODE 14: SMOKE & MIRRORS(Jan. 24, 2003):
Senator Kinsy gets assassinated, and all the evidence
points to Jack! The team is assigned to find the truth!

Maybourne returns with a promise to show where the
cache of weapons that where stolen weapons are that

EPISODE 17: DISCLOSURE(Feb. 14, 2003):
America decides to disclose the existance of
the Stargate!!! What could possibly go wrong??!
I guess they call these kind of shows "clip shows"
wherein for most of the episode they show clips of
previous episodes! It's done a lot on series', especially
ones that have had a long run! It saves money, helps
viewers catch up on what's been going on, and gives
the actors a break!

The team show up on a planet where there are apparently
people stranded, their ship disabled! Turns out they're
not the only ones on the planet!! B+

Jackson!!
Teal'c is having nightmares about, firefighters?? B
EPISODE 20: MOMENTO(Mar. 07, 2003):
The crew, including ones that will be the crew
of the Prometheus, while testing out the ship
run into trouble and accidently damage a nearby
planet(one that they have had no privious contact
with! They need the help of said planet to fix
the ship, but they are wary after having the
damage to their planet!!

went back and binged every episode on DVD (netflix
wasn't a thing yet). I now own all of SG1 and SGA.
I've watched every episode of SG1 at least 5 times,
