THE LIBRARIAN 2 - RETURN TO KING SOLOMON'S MINES
Again, not a serious threat to Raiders Of The Lost Ark, but still,
with Jonathan Frakes at the helm, this is a lot of fun!!! Although
this seems to lose a little without the return of Sonya Walger
(Nicole Noone) from the first movie! They've replaced her with
Gabrielle Anwar, who plays an archaeologist that Flynn runs into
while trying to save another artifact! Which is the basic story line
here!! This leads the group to many of the same places that we
saw in the Allan Quartermain movie, King Solomon's Mines,
which was a far better movie!! Course it's hard to beat Richard
Chamberlain!! Still, a decent addendum to the series of The
Librarian movies!! B+

If I were to base this review simply on commercial success, I
would have to give a 3 or a 4, however Noah Wyle makes this
movie a hidden gem.
Don't take it too seriously, because they don't have the budget
for high quality special effects, but the acting is good (except
for a few of the baddies) and it is definitely worth a watch.
Gabrielle Anwar provides a great opposite to Noah in this episode
and there are a couple of twists that were unexpected.
I've been pretty happy with the whole librarian series, but
again....don't take this stuff too seriously! Its meant to be
