THE LIBRARIANS SEASON 1
This series picks up where the film series of
The Librarian(With Noah Wily) left off!! Noah
is actually in several of the episodes, but this
series is not really about him! Also in a limited
capacity here is the great Bob Newhart(Judson in
the movies)!
EPISODE # 1: AND THE CROWN OF KING ARTHUR(Dec. 7, 2014):
A double homicide by "Red John", the same man who
killed Patrick's family!! Or at least that's the way it
looks to the police!! A
EPISODE # 2: AND THE SWORD IN THE STONE(Dec. 7, 2014):
A young woman is found dead in a trough in a corn field
and the hunt is on for the killer!! The obvious suspect
is her boyfriend, but of course Patrick has other ideas! A
EPISODE # 3: AND THE HORNS OF A DILEMMA(Dec. 14, 2014):
A young girl comes across a teenager on the beach as she's
playing who has been killed!! It appears on the surface
like an surfing accident! However, after a little digging
it turn out that she died elsewhere and was dumped on
the beach! A
EPISODE # 4: AND SANTA'S MIDNIGHT RUN(Dec. 21, 2014):
A "rich" man is tortured then killed!! He's found behind
a secret door which Patrick discovered!! There are
apparently no clear cut suspects, but Patrick has his
own ideas who's guilty!! A
EPISODE # 5: AND THE APPLE OF DISCORD(Dec. 28, 2014):
Two girls are missing in a rural area, and the crew is there
trying to find answers!! One of the girls is found dead, the
other turns up covered in blood carrying a knife, acting like
she has amnesia!! Jane doesn't believe she did it!! A
EPISODE # 6: AND THE FABLES OF DOOM(Jan. 4, 2015):
A hand is found on the California/Nevada border on a fairly
desolate highway!! The case: find out who it belonged to,
if they are still alive, and why is it on a highway!! This is set
in "Las Vegas"!!! (Obviously not really!!!) A
EPISODE # 7: AND THE RULE OF THREE(Jan. 11, 2015):
A woman comes out of a psychic as she's being warned that
she's in danger!! A few minutes later, she's run down on the
sidewalk!! A
EPISODE # 8: AND THE HEART OF DARKENESS(Jan. 11, 2015):
An informant and a woman are found dead in an apartment
and the group are there to investigate getting blocked at every
turn by the local police!! Many twists and turns here!! A
EPISODE # 9: AND THE CITY OF LIGHT(Jan. 18, 2015):
A former Guardsman is burned alive in his own barn!!
This is the second such death in the town!! The wife of
this one is having an affair with another guardsman in
the town! What a tangled web!!! A
EPISODE # 10: AND THE LOOM OF FATE(Jan. 18, 2015):
A friend(and former doctor) of Patrick's is thought of as
a "person of interest" in a murder of a coleague and former
lover of hers!! Patrick comes to the aid!! A

After reading the bad reviews here, I had to chime
in. Most of these reviewers have obviously never
watched the movies, because the first movie predates
all the shows they say the library is ripping off
(except Indiana Jones of course).
That being said, if you liked the movies as I did,
you'll like the show. The same quirky humor and
history lessons are in the show. Noah was in the
first 2 episodes before leaving the new Librarians
to hold down the fort while he himself takes care
of some other business. As for the new characters,
If you liked Leverage, you'll like Christian Kane
in the Librarians. He brings the same great sense
of humor. The other librarians will grow on you by
the second or third episode.
Dan from Night Court, does a decent job filling
in for Newhart and Rebecca is great! -joel-hegeman
