TOMBSTONE TERRITORY SEASON 1(1957)

As westerns were a mainstay on TV in the 50s-60s, this
one was very popular, though without many big names! The
stories were what carried this very good series!!

to Red Rock to pick up for a murder there! A

Washington absolving all! Unfrotunately, one boy get killed
just before the amnesty went into affect, and his father is
out for blood!

Guest Starring: Jack Elam!! A

EPISODE # 5: TRAIL'S END(Apr. 10, 1959):

A young man from a very disfunctional family kills a
miner by shooting him in the back! A

EPISODE # 6: THE BLACK DIAMOND(Apr. 17, 1959):

An old man brags about hitting it rich and is soon
murdered, with all his jewels that he bought for his
riches stolen, including a rared black diamond! A

EPISODE # 7: THE MAN FROM BREWSTER(Apr. 24, 1959):

A man comes to Tombstone asking for help from Hollister
because he says he's being framed for gold robbery!

Guest starring: John Carridine(several "horror" movies
of the 40s-80s) and a returning Michael Landon! A

EPISODE # 9: WARRANT FOR DEATH(May 08, 1959):

Hollister and others are on a stage headed to Larabee
when one of the passsengers kills the stagecoach driver
because he's a wanted man and doesn't want the warrent
on him delivered!! A

EPISODE # 10: SURRENDER AT SUNGLOW(May 15, 1959):

his newspaper by having Hollister killed!! A

EPISODE # 13: RED TERROR OF TOMBSTONE(Oct. 09, 1959):

Tombstone burns down!! A

There is some confusion about whether this is a season 2
episode, or the first episode of season 3!!!! IMDb.com
has it as the last episode of season 2, while epguides.com
has it as the first episode of season 3!! I'm leaning toward
epguides.com as being correct because IMDb.com doesn't list
"The Gunfither" or "Stolen Loot" at all!!!

From a reviewer at IMDb.com:

I vaguely remember this series as a kid in the 1950s.
Grit TV is currently showing two episodes each weekday
at 1PM and 130PM. All the episodes seem new to me. It
was a well done western series with Pat Conway and Richard
Eastham as the stars. Conway as Sheriff Clay Hollister
always had a deputy during the run, but they often seemed
to be elsewhere when the trouble starts and Eastham and
newspaper man Harris has to fill in and help catch the
bad guys.

The scripts were well written and the action fast in the
half hour shows. It really makes me feel young again to
see these old shows from my youth.

I do recommend Tombstone Territory if you ever have a
chance to see it. It's worth watching. - hogwrassler
