THE WEST WING SEASON 3(1978)
One of the best TV series ever(at leat the first four
seasons) starring Martin Sheen, Rob Lowe, Allison Janney,
John Spencer, Bradley Whitford, Janel Moloney, Richard
Schiff, Dule Hill, Joshua Malina, Stockard Channing and
others!
I guess it's pretty obvious what the shows about, a first
term President and his cabinet and the workings inside
the West Wing!!
Sadly, this set is released in the absolute worst possible
way, double sided!!!
The only strike against this show is that it shows the
President smoking - a lot!!
EPISODE # 1: ISAAC AND ISHMAEL(Oct. 03, 2001):
This episode is dedicated to the 911 attacks, and has phone
numbers to donate to the NY police and firefighter!!
It is noted in the intro that the numbers may not be
working numbers any more!
The song at the end is the great "For What It's Worth"
by Buffalo Springfield!! A++
EPISODE # 2: MANCHESTER PART 1(Oct. 10, 2001):
C.J. makes a phopa that gets everyone in a frenzy!
Also, there's trouble in Haiti and the Presicent has to
make a decision on what to do about it!

The President makes a decision, and he appologizes to his

EPISODE # 5: ON THE DAY BEFORE(Oct. 31, 2001):
Several things going on: There's a banquet for Nobel winners;
two American's are killed in a targeted attack by a suicide
bomber; there's a vote going on that is being threatened by
self-interested supposedly people who are Democrates!!

EPISODE # 6: WAR CRIMES(Nov. 07, 2001):
After a mass shooting in Texas, the President sends the
VP there to talk gun control; Donna is doing her committee
obligation that ends up not going too well; someone wants
to abolish the penny; Toby says to someone that "if Bartlett
wins re-election he'll do it on the coattails of Hoynes"!

Josh tries to help Donna out of her problem; there's a sub

There's dissention about the U.S. selling arms to Qumar
where women and not recognized at all; the President is
being sued for the death of a man not wearing a seatbelt;
there's a mad cow scare!

Welp, the hearings continue with Leo and he gets help
from an unlikely person! A

about the hearings; and of course, Josh is hitting on
yet another girl with the help of Donna!!!
Oh, and Charlie gives the President a map from the 1600s
and everyone's telling him not to hang it because some
people might be offended!

EPISODE # 12: 100,000 AIRPLANES(Jan. 16, 2002):
Three quarters of the way through, there's no references to
1 airplane, let alone 100,000! Anyway, the President thinks
that he should make a speach about curing cancer!

Relationship issues between Josh and Amy and Donna and
whoever else catches Josh's eye; Donna is supposed to
have jury duty; C.J. is worried about her father; there's

EPISODE # 14: NIGHT FIVE(Feb. 06, 2002):
Jed's having trouble sleeping(for 5 nights) and the team
calls in Josh's phychiatrist to help out; a reporter is
abducted and C.J. wants him back! Sam makes a comment on
what Ainsley is wearing and an aide makes a big deal about
it! A
EPISODE # 15: HEARTFIELD'S LANDING(Feb. 27, 2002):
The whole group are on pins and needles about the Heartfield
ballots as they have successfuly voted for the winner nationally!!
Also: Tiawan is planning to test fire some missles and China's
pissed!

Lord John Marburry returns to tell Toby that an Irish
dignetary cannot come to the White House; it's the First

EPISODE # 17: THE U.S. POET LAURAETE(Mar. 27, 2002):
The PL is against land mines and wants them eliminated
but the government doesn't want it, and Toby is smitten
with the PL! There's a website that's dedicated to Josh
and when he finds out he tries to interact with the posters
to a distructive end!! A
EPISODE # 18: STIRRED(Apr. 03, 2002):
There is a discussion going on about whether the ticket
should include Hoynes; there's an accident in a tunnel
in Idaho between two trucks, one holding neuclear waste! A
EPISODE # 19: ENEMIES FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC(May 01, 2002)
C.J. gets death threats after her rant about 17 young girls
getting trapped in a burning building by the religious plice
in Saudi Arabiai; Charlie gets a letter to the President and
does some sleuthing to find out who the letter is from(this
part is very touching!!)!

on the U.S. by suicide bombers! A
EPISODE # 22: POSSE COMITATUS(May 22, 2002)
The group go to a play that's 4 1/2 hours long; they
catch the guy that was after C.J.; the decision is made
about the man from Kumari; C.J.'s securety guard
is now free to court her, but----!
There is some great music in this!
