ARROW SEASON 4
Season four starts out where season three left off!
As with the first three seasons, this has flashbacks to when
Oliver was on the island! There are also flashbacks to when Dig
and his brother were in Afghanistan!!
EPISODE # 1: GREEN ARROW(Oct. 7, 2015):
There's a new faction in town, and the group is trying their
best to beat them down!! Unfortunately they're not doing a
great job, so they eventually call on Arrow to help out, and
he shows up just in time to find half the city council either
dead or dying!! Of course there are those who are having a
hard time excepting him back in town, specifically Dig and
Captain Lance!!
The leader of the criminal group is a mystical dude that
can basically kill anyone he comes in contact with!! And
his name is Damien Darhk!!
If you haven't followed this throughout the series, this
will be hard to follow, as, with all the other seasons, this
jumps around time wise!!
The first time that the name Green Arrow is used!! And
Captain Lance is shown to be part of the problem!! A
EPISODE # 2: THE CANDIDATE(Oct. 14, 2015):
There's a new candidate for mayor, but most of her friends
are trying to talk her out of it!! And with good reason!! She
announces her candidacy and she immediately gets attacked!
Meanwhile, back at Palmer industries(formerly Oliver Enterprises),
Felicity is running the show and the first thing that she has to do
is to lay off a bunch of employees!! Or at least, that's what she's
being told!
Oh, and Red Arrow(Thea Queen) is really going nuts!!!

EPISODE # 3: RESTORATION(Oct. 21, 2015):
Oliver and Diggle are still having their issues, and Felicity is determined
to get them to kiss and make up!! Meanwhile, Laurel talks Thea into
going to Nanda Parbat to try to help her get all better, and so that
Laurel can bring Sara back to life!! Also going on here, H.I.V.E. has
hired a meta human named Double Down(from Central City) to
get rid of the whole Arrow team!! A
EPISODE # 4: BEYOND REDEMPTION(Oct. 28, 2015):
Oliver has decided to run for mayor! Meanwhile, Laurel is now
dealing with what she has done with Sara!! Also going down here
is a group of supposed police officers who have been hitting drug
dealers, then stealing the stuff!! And it seems that Ray Palmer is
trying to get messages to Felicity on the sly!! And the group finds
out that Captain Lance is dealing with Darhk!! A
EPISODE # 5: HAUNTED(Nov. 4, 2015):
Well, this one has been expected!!! Sara has broken loose and out
killing girls! Not just any girls, but ones that look like Thea!! Revenge
is the name of the game! She finally tracks down Thea and sends
her to the hospital, then finds her again and beats on her a little
more!! Finally, the group set a trap for her, and after another fight,
she's finally subdued, and Oliver calls on an old friend to help her
out! Also, Diggle finds out about his brother through Captain Lance! A
EPISODE # 6: LOST SOULS(Nov. 11, 2015):
Ok, so now Felicity knows that Ray's alive, and she has the message
saying he's in trouble!! Also, the new campaign manager for Oliver
has the hots for Thea, who doesn't know if it's really a great idea!!
And Oliver's getting a little jealous about Ray!! Oh, and Felicity's mom
is in town!! And one more thing, Sara is acting like Thea did when
she got revived, crazy!!!! A
EPISODE # 7: BROTHERHOOD(Nov. 18, 2015):
After stopping a robbery of a armored car that was headed to a
bank to help shore up the financial status of the city, the purps
burn all the money!! Thea and Alex are seeing more and more of
each other! Ray is back and helping out the team! And just for fun,
now Dig's brother is back from the dead!! Seems the only constant
in this show is if someone's dead, wait a while, they may be back
any time!! And Mr. Darhk has threatened Oliver that if he doesn't
work with him, he will no longer be running for mayor unapposed!! A
EPISODE # 8a: THE FLASH: LEGENDS OF TODAY(Dec. 1, 2015):
Ok, so it's a really good idea to watch season two, or at least up
to this episode, of The Flash before watching the next two episodes!!
Barry's trying, with the help of his friends, to get faster and stronger!!
Meanwhile, there's a new bad dude in town calling himself Vandal
Savage! And he's REALLY mean!!!! Barry goes to Oliver Queen(Green
Arrow) for some assistance!! And Vandal's out after Kendra!!
This is a great episode except for Jay's response to being a help to
Barry!!! Oh, and Jay becomes Flash again and Hawkman shows up
here!! A
EPISODE # 8b: LEGENDS OF YESTERDAY(Dec. 2, 2015):
So, continuing from the last episode Oliver finds out about
his son, and the rest of the team are out to find the way to
beat Vandal!! The ending of this is really pretty dumb!!! B+
EPISODE # 9: DARK WATERS(Dec. 9, 2015):
While cleaning up the waterfront, the people helping out Oliver
are attacked by a drone, apparently from Darhk!! So Oliver is
more than determined to get him and the group H.I.V.E.!
He outs Darhk on TV and he retaliates at the holiday party
by killing several and kidnapping Felicity!! Oh, and while
putting out Christmas decorations for Hanukkah decoration,
Felicity's mother finds the ring that Oliver bought to give to her!!
As I said in the Flash season 2, I really don't like these seasons
being controlled by one super-super villain!! This is no exception!
Damian Darhk and his minions are really getting boring!!! B+
EPISODE # 10: BLOOD DEBTS(Jan. 20, 2016):
After the events of the last episode, Oliver goes ballistic, and
goes after Darhk with all seriousness!!!! And it appears that our
friend Machin(Anarky) is back!! And Laurel's father and Felicity's
mother are having a thing together!! A very touching moment in
this!! A
EPISODE # 11: A.W.O.L.(Jan. 27, 2016):
Argus is back and up to no good!! But then so is a group called
Shadowspire!! And they're attacking Argus!! A
EPISODE # 12: UNCHAINED(Feb. 3, 2016):
So much here!! As I've said so many times and in so many ways,
if someone's dead, wait awhile and you'll probably see them
show up again!! With that being said, Roy's back!! And he's going
around stealing stuff!! But he's not being himself, and being
controlled by "The Calculator"!! LOL!!! And the Calculator is out
to destroy the internet or something similar!! Oh, and Nyssa's
also back, and she wants to find Oliver!!
This ends on several cliffhangers!!! A
EPISODE # 13: SINS OF THE FATHER(Feb. 10, 2016)
So Nyssa has a cure for Thea, but wants to have Oliver kill
Malcolm!! And Felicity finds out about her father!! And in flashbacks,
Oliver tells his fellow captor that he's the one who killed her
brother!! And Laural goes to Nyssa to talk her into a deal!! None
of these go particularly well!! A
EPISODE # 14: CODE OF SILENCE(Feb. 17, 2016):
This one brings up the question "Why has Oliver kept silent to
Felicity about his son????"!!! Anyway, things are starting to come
to a head, with Malcolm having joined up with Darhk and telling
him that Oliver has a son!! Which we all know can't be anything
but bad!! Plus, it appears that the plan for Oliver is to kill him
before he can be elected mayor!! Plus, it appears that the idea
is to also get rid of Lance!! A
EPISODE # 15: TAKEN(Feb. 24, 2016):
Felicity has had her operation, but it didn't go as well as they
all hoped!! Darhk tells Oliver about taking his son, in front of
Felicity!! Of course this opens up all kinds of cans of worms!!!
We have a new superhero here, Vixen! You know, there's a
certain point in this series when a person just has to say to
themselves, "How the Hell is that guy/gal still alive???"!! A
EPISODE # 16: BROKEN HEARTS(Mar. 23, 2016):
The trial for Darhk has begun, and it appears that the only way
to convict him is for Quintin to purger himself and tell what he
did for Darhk!!! Also, there's a madwoman running around killing
engaged couples, and the only way to catch her is for Oliver and
Felicity to have their wedding to catch her!! And of course Felicity
is still determined to break up forever with Oliver!! This is truly
the stupidest plot line of the year!! And this is one of the dumbest
episodes to date!! B-
EPISODE # 17: BEACON OF HOPE(Mar. 30, 2016):
The dorky Bugged Eyed Bandit breaks out of jail and takes
Palmer Tech hostage and won't give it up unless Felicity gives
up the device in her back that helps her walk!! A
EPISODE # 18: ELEVEN-FIFTY-NINE(Apr. 6, 2016):
It seems that the whole team is falling apart, which all started with
Felicity breaking up with Oliver and leaving the team!! Another really
bad episode, with the team heading to destruction!! And another
death in the team! B-
EPISODE # 19: CANARY CRY(Apr. 27, 2016):
There's been a Black Canary sighting, but of course that's not possible!
The team is devistated and determined to know that truth!! The impostor
attacks Thea and Alex Davis at a coffee shop and she finds out who it is!
Digs decides to take things into his own hands and goes after Ruve Adams!
This doesn't go well, and now she's put out an APB on all of the vigilantes!! B
EPISODE # 20: GENESIS(May 4, 2016):
So Oliver and Felicity go out of town to get some training on magical
defense! This leads them to a secret, high stakes casino in Hub City!
Thea and Alex also head out of town for a little R & R! It turns out that
there's a little more to it than that! And that leaves only Dig! And he
doesn't fare so well against his brother and Darhk!! A
EPISODE # 21: MONUMENT POINT(May 11, 2016):
So, nuclear arms are, well, being armed!! Thea is held captive underneath
the city for "protection" against Genesis!! Surprise, her dad is there and
helping the idiot try to destroy the world!! And the team is preparing for,
well, again, they don't know what for!! And of course Felicity's mom is trying
to find out what's up with Quentin! Oh, and Ronnie is down under and
determined to kill Darhk!! A
EPISODE # 22: LOST IN THE FLOOD(May 18, 2016):
To sum this one up, all Hell breaks loose!!!! A
EPISODE # 23: SCHISM(May 25, 2016):
With a missile headed to Star City, it looks like the end for the city!!
Oliver looses all hope and Curtis reminds him that he's the one who
brought hope to the city!! The ending of this is pretty stupid after all
the build-up from the last 22 episodes!!!
In the end, the team really gets decimated!! A

I thoroughly enjoyed the pilot episode, and not being
a comic book fan didn't feel lost at all. The story is
set up extremely well, and you can see there is clearly
a lot of potential there and a lot of places they can
explore if they so desire. Along with "last resort"
this was the best new pilot that i have seen in a
while. I can see this running a long time, as it
strongly reminds me of Nolan's Batman series and
is completely different to the green arrow offered
up in "Smallville" which i also thought was pretty
good in its own unique way. The darker grittier
Green Arrow is a much better one and i prefer
the way he isn't being portrayed as someone who
is extremely nice to everyone and only uses
violence when its the only way out like a
"batman" sort of character. You can also see
how what happened at the start has affected
him and the difference is portrayed well by
the other cast members; all of whom seem
to be suited to their respective roles.
It is too early to say whether this is gonna be
around for ages and be known as the best
comic book to TV show adaptation, however
if the show can continue its quality that was
shown in the pilot episode then the future
