Starrgirl: The Complete Second Season
STARGIRL!! A name that strikes fea - oh wait, that's someone
else!! I've never heard of Stargirl, never heard any of the
main cast except for Luke Wilson and Henry Thomas[voice only],
and am holding my breath to see what this show is all about!!!
This is a total re-write of the Justice Society Of America
lore! Being a big fan of that group, I'm not sure if I'm
going to liking this!
This second season is all about the group taking a vacation to
Jellysto- oh wait, that's Yogi and Boo Boo - no thery're going
to Yellowstone National Park! Welp, that was the plan! Instead
they wind up battling Eclipso!!
EPISODES 1: SUMMER SCHOOL: CHAPTER ONE(Aug. 10, 2021):
The family makes plans to takes off for a vacation to get
away from all the happenings in town while Hourman goes
in search of Solomon Grundy, Wiidcat is having issues with
the death of Brainwave, and Dr. Mid-Night is trying to get
"Chuck" back on line!! But things don't go as planned as
Courtney fails some of her classes and has to go to summer
school!
Oh, and great, now they're talking about alternate timelines,
my favorite really cool way to make stuff work that they couldn't
figure out a way around!!
This introduces Green Lantern's daughter who calls herself Jade! B
EPISODE 2: SUMMER SCHOOL: CHAPTER TWO(Aug. 17, 2021):
A couple of new characters are introduced here: Eclipso(kinda)
and Richard Swift aka The Shade!! B
EPISODE 3: SUMMER SCHOOL: CHAPTER THREE(Aug. 24, 2021):
This one's about another one of the Injustice Society, Icicle!
He propptly decides to kill one of his own ISA member's son!
Thinking it will give him motivation! Hmmmm! This is where
Courtney decides to start a new Justice Society!! B
EPISODE 4: SUMMER SCHOOL: CHAPTER FOUR(Aug. 31, 2021):
Cindy starts her hunt for a new ISA and Courtney is confused
on whether The Shade is actually a bad guy or not!!
Sportsmaster and Tigress break out of prison and start terrorizing
Pat and Mike!!! B
EPISODE 5: SUMMER SCHOOL: CHAPTER FIVE(Sept. 07, 2021):
Eclipso takes over the art instructor, Mr. Diesinger, Mike still
wants to be a part of the team, and Courtney is trying to make
friends with Cameron!! B
EPISODE 6: SUMMER SCHOOL: CHAPTER SIX(Aug. 14, 2021):
Cindy and the ISA get together for a rumble with Courtney and
the JSA! Oh, and Cindy has her eyes set on Mike!! AND the
baddies go after Pat's robot!! B
EPISODE 7: SUMMER SCHOOL: CHAPTER SEVEN(Sept. 21, 2021):
Yolanda is having trouble dealing with the death of Brainwave
and questions whether she should continue in the JSA! B
EPISODE 8: SUMMER SCHOOL: CHAPTER EIGHT(Sept. 28, 2021):
Solomon Grundy's back, and Rick decides to help him! Courtney
wants to figure out how to help Yolanda, and of course
Eclipso is still hanging around! And Beth is still trying
to re-connect with Dr. McNider! Oh and Eclipso decides that
Beth is his new target!!
This show is as if Marvel took over a great group of heroes
and gave them all something to be pissed off about! B
EPISODE 9: SUMMER SCHOOL: CHAPTER NINE(Oct. 05, 2021):
This shows the beginnings of Eclipso, several of the original
JSA members, Courtney and Beth are planning to go after Eclipso,
Ricks in jail and Yolanda is still missing in action!!! B
EPISODE 10: SUMMER SCHOOL: CHAPTER TEN(Oct. 12, 2021):
Jade is back and tries to help out to put the diamond
back together! Courtney is still pissed off at Pat for
not telling the new JSA members all about what happened
with Eclipso, the truth about The Shade is found out by<
McNider telling Beth the truth! Oh, and Courtney gets sent
to the same place that Cindy went to, which we don't know
till the next episode!! B
EPISODE 11: SUMMER SCHOOL: CHAPTER ELEVEN(Oct. 19, 2021):
The remaining JSA decide to band together to try to save
Courney, and, inadvertantly, Cindy!!! Meanwhile, Courtney
meets up with the real Dr. Mid-Night! B
EPISODE 12: SUMMER SCHOOL: CHAPTER TWELVE(Oct. 26, 2021):
Back home and mad as Hell, the whole group, including Cindy,
are determined to end Eclipso's reign of terror!!! B
EPISODE 13: SUMMER SCHOOL: CHAPTER THIRTEEN(Nov. 02, 2021):
Continued from previous episode(actually, they all are!!)!!
The "final" showdown begins!
