Supergirl: The Complete Sixth Season
Even though they take a lot of liberties with the Supergirl lore,
this is non-the-less a pretty good series, at least so far! You
just need to forget about comic consistency!!
This has several almost well known guest stars in it, including:
the first Supergirl, Helen Slater(the movie Supergirl), the third
TV Superman/boy, Dean Cain(Lois And Clark: The New Adventures
Of Superman), Grant Gustin(The Flash), Lynda Carter(Wonder Woman),
Eddie McClintock(Warehouse 13, Bones), Julie Chen(Big Brother) &
Sharon Osborn(mmmm, Ozzie's wife)!

EPISODE 2: A FEW GOOD WOMEN(Apr. 06, 2021):
With Supergirl in the Phantom Zone, this means that the
other heroes have to take up the slack! They also are
trying to find a way into the Phantom Zone to rescue Kara! C
EPISODE 3: PHANTOM MENACES(Apr. 13, 2021):
The Phantom Zone story line is actually pretty good, but then
they continue with the fucking Luthor story! Oh, yah, more
woe is me it's all my fault here!! C-
EPISODE 4: LOST SOULS(Apr. 20, 2021):
At least this one isn't Lex based! It's about Kara trying to
find a way out of the Phantom Zone, while the other heroes
battle phantoms on Earth!! B
EPISODE 5: PROM NIGHT!(Apr. 27, 2021):
Brainiac and Nia go back to 2009 to try to save Kara!
This starts out great and turns stupid!! Then goes into
the next episode! B-
EPISODE 6: PROM AGAIN!(May 04, 2021):
More of the same!! C+
EPISODE 7: FEAR KNOT(May 11, 2021):
So the superheroes all group together to rescue Kara! C
EPISODE 8: WELCOME BACK, KARA(Aug. 24, 2021):
So back on Earth, Kara's "father" realises that the world is
on the verge of cataclismic destruction from waste being thrown
in the oceans, and he devizes a way to clean it up!! More
oh, me, oh, my it's all my fault here! C
EPISODE 9: DREAM WEAVER(Aug. 31, 2021):
This has Nxyly back and asking for help from Nia! B
EPISODE 10: STILL I RISE(Sept. 07, 2021):
Nia makes a deal with Nxyly and she springs her from her
entrapment while Nxyly brings back her mother from the dead!
Everything does not go swimmingly!! B
EPISODE 11: MXY IN THE MIDDLE(Sept. 14, 2021):
Mxy is trying to solve the problem with Nxyly! A
EPISODE 12: BLIND SPOTS(Sept. 21, 2021):
This is almnost entirely about prejudices! A

This is just plain rediculous!!! A

Season 1 was quite good and held well to the superhero genre.
Season 2 started well but drifted deeply into interpersonal
drama. Season 3 started the way season 2 ended, with less emphasis
on the superhero and deeply into character emotions/relationships
and social issues. These are important discussions, to be sure,
but I watch superhero shows to see action and fun, not for deep
emotion or for a critical societal expose.
Frankly I don't care who's straight, gay, engaged, in love,
depressed, happy or psychotic unless it directly relates to
the villain:heroine story line. Supergirl has, seemingly,
fallen to influences (pressures?) far from the original
comic book universe. It has become a soap opera. - ken-1273
