THE FLASH(2014) SEASON 1
After the success of The Arrow, DC decided to
try their luck at reviving another superhero tv
show, The Flash!! Only, unlike the one from the
90's, this one is more modern, with the settings
definitely in the here and now!!
Not sure of the guest stars on this one yet!
EPISODES 1: PILOT(Oct. 7, 2014):
This is pretty close to the origin of the Barry
Allen Flash! Just a few tweeks here and there!!
All-in-all, a pretty decent start, and it does have
The Arrow in it as an added treat!! A
EPISODE 2: FASTEST MAN ALIVE(Oct. 14, 2014):
It's kind of hard to get used to so many people who
know Barry Allen's secret!! This was not the way the
comics of old were!!!! Oh, well!! So anyway, it seems
that the same accident that made Barry the Flash also
affected others, and gave each one a different ability
that, so far, all of them haven't handled them very
well at all!! The one in this has an ability to affect the
weather, and he doesn't use it to help out anyone
'cept himself to money and revenge!! A
EPISODE 3: THINGS YOU CAN'T OUTRUN(Oct. 21, 2014):
The "villain" in this one can become gas!! And he's out
after those who've put him in prison, and the gas chamber!! A
EPISODE 4: GOING ROGUE(Oct. 28, 2014):
This one's a bit different from the first three!! It has as
its villain a man who's stolen an invention made by Cisco
at Star Labs that produces an extreme cold!! Hence he gets
the moniker of Captain Cold!! Also, as a side story, Felicity
from Arrow shows up to complicate Barry's life!! A
EPISODE 5: PLASTIQUE(Nov. 11, 2014):
Another "meta-human", this one has the ability to make
stuff explode just by touching it!! Kinda cool, if it's controllable!
But in this case its not, and she can't even touch humans
without deadly consequences!! A
THE FLASH IS BORN(Nov. 18, 2014):
The Flash VS The Man Of Steel!! OK, not Superman,
but a man really made out of steel, kinda!! Another
meta-human for the Flash to take on!! Along the way
there's also the story line about the real killer of Barry's
mom and the good professor's involvement in it!! A
EPISODE 7: POWER OUTAGE(Nov. 25, 2014):
This has three, count them, three, villains in it!! One's
reliant on time, another on electricity, and the other
is the return of the steel man!! Barry and the scientists
are tied up dealing with the last two, while Iris and
Joe, along with the rest of the police department, are
dealing with the clock dude!! A
EPISODE 8: FLASH VS ARROW(Dec. 2, 2014):
The title is a bit deceiving!! Barry gets zapped by another
meta, and goes off the deep end, bringing anger to
everyone he comes in contact!! The Arrow is there to
try to help him back to his senses!! A
EPISODE 9: THE MAN IN THE YELLOW SUIT(Dec. 9, 2014):
The Flash finally comes head to head with the "Reverse
Flash"!! And the outcome isn't exactly in Barry's favor!!
And his love life is going to the dogs too!!1 A
EPISODE 10: REVENGE OF THE ROGUES(Jan. 20, 2015):
The cold one is back, along with a dude that's really hot on
himself("Heat Wave")!! And they're out after The Flash!!! A
EPISODE 11: THE SOUND AND THE FURY(Jan. 27, 2015):
A former partner of the Doctor's is back and seeking
revenge for what the Particle Separator did to him!
This episode raises more questions on the doctor's
connection to Barry's mother's death!!! A
EPISODE 12: CRAZY FOR YOU(Feb. 3, 2015):
So the dude from last episode is back saying he can
help Cisco find out what happened to Caitlin's old
boyfriend who's become Firestorm!! Meanwhile Barry
and Caitlin are out looking for a Bonnie And Clyde type
pair, she of which is gifted with teleportation!! A
EPISODE 13: THE NUCLEAR MAN(Feb. 10, 2015):
Firestorm is back, and the team is trying to figure out
a way to separate the two entities trapped inside
Ronnie's body! Meanwhile, Barry is trying to branch
out and make new (girl)friends, and not doing a great
job of it!! A
EPISODE 14: FALLOUT(Feb. 17, 2015):
The expirament was a success, but it seems that there
are still some issues with Ronnie and the Professor!! Not
only that, but now General Eiling is out after both of the
former Firestorm duos!! And add another couple of
people to the fold who know Barry's "secret"!! Also,
the truth about Barry's mother's death is getting ever
closer!!!
This is a two hour show!! A
EPISODE 15: OUT OF TIME(Mar. 17, 2015):
The Weather Wizard's brother is out for revenge
and his target is Joe West!! Barry tries his best to
stop him, but it ends up in disasterous results!! A
EPISODE 16: ROGUE TIME(Mar. 24, 2015):
Ok, so Barry has now returned back two days from
the previous episode, and was able to prevent the
happenings of the last episode!! However, he has
created a whole new keg of worms in the form of
Captain Cold and Heat Wave!! A
EPISODE 17: TRICKSTERS(Mar. 31, 2015):
The Trickster is back in CC!! Seems that this is not
possible, as he's in prison!! So Joe West and Barry
go to the prison to find out what the original Trickster
knows about the new one! One thing leads to another
and the two baddies end up working together to bring
doom to Central City! The side story is more on Dr.
Wells and just who he really is!!
Guest starring, as the original Trickster, Mark Hammil,
who also starred in the original series from the 90's
as the same Trickster!! This is a lot of fun!!! A
EPISODE 18: ALL STAR TEAM UP(Apr. 14, 2015):
This one continues the story line about Wells and
just who, or what, he is!! Also here is the story of
another visit from Falicity, along with her new boyfriend,
Ray Palmer(the soon to be known as The Atom!)!
They are there to request the help of Cisco on the
suit that Ray is developing!! And while they're there,
a woman who's controlling bees(electronic) is getting
revenge for failures in her life!! A
EPISODE 19: WHO IS HARRISON WELLS?(Apr. 21, 2015):
A continuation of the "who is Dr. Wells" story line, which
starts going into high gear!! Joe and Cisco head to Starling
City to investigate the accident that killed Dr. Wells' wife,
while Barry and the rest of the team are busy with another
metahuman who's ability is to replicate any person that
they touch!!! A
EPISODE 20: THE TRAP(Apr. 28, 2015):
And ever closer to finding the truths, the crew decide
it's time to set a trap for Dr. Wells, and get a confession
out of him!! This has very dangerous consequences to
it if it doesn't work!!! A
EPISODE 21: GRODD LIVES(May 5, 2015):
This episode is about an android/robot who's
being trained for covert assassin duties!! She
however seems to have a mind of her own
and decides to go out on her own into the
world!! This of course, causes LOTS of
trouble!! B
EPISODE 22: ROGUE AIR(May 12, 2015):
This is a fun watch!! Dr. Wells has re-activated the
particle accelerator for purposes unknown, and
the crew needs to find a way to get the metahumans
that are locked inside it to safety while keeping them
locked up!! They come up with a way, but then
there are complications, not the least of which is
the fact that Dr. Wells shows up to take on the group!!
This one has the return of The Arrow, along with
Firestorm helping The Flash in a mega battle!! A
EPISODE 23: FAST ENOUGH(May 19, 2015):
In this, the final episode of the season, Wells tells
Barry that there's still a way to save his mother, and
all he wants in return is to go back to the future!!
Barry really wrestles with this, getting advice from
all of those around him! He finally makes a decision
which may or may not have cataclysmic consequences!!
This, of course, ends on a cliffhanger!!! A

the flash was a pretty good adaptation of the
comic books and it really is a shame that it got
canceled so fast . the acting was pretty good
and the characters were pretty close to their
paper counterparts. all in all a decent show
and a better adaptation of a comic book into
a series than any other so far ( that includes
the not too bad but too girlie adaptation of
