THE BAT(1959)

This is actually a mystery movie, bordering on
horror but only slightly!! Certainly not sci-fi!
Vincent Price plays a doctor who gets involved with
embezzlement, murder and a character known as
"The Bat"! Over a million in securities are
stolen from a bank, and the number one suspect
is the bank owner's son! Much misdirection in
this, where just about everone is suspect!

This also has the great Agness Moorehead(Bewitched)
in it playing a mystery writer who moves to the
old mansion that the bank owner owns for some
rest and relaxation while working on her newest
novel! She is great in this, as is Vincent! The
supporting cast is quite good also! Well worth a
watch or two!

This is one of Price's best movies!! A

with suspense and horror in it. "The Bat"
has great actors, including Vincent Price
and Agnes Moorehead, who are just excellent
at their roles, and really bring the sense
of horror to the film, which it(is) what the
audience is looking for. The movie has a

suspenseful scenes.
