THE STEAGLE(1971)
Antoher movie billed as a comedy but it's kind of
a stretch! This was a story based around the Cuba
missle crisis in 1962! Benjamin plays a professor
who, when hearing Kennedy's response to Russia's
missle build up in Cuba, decides to enjoy his life
while he can, going on a spree to do things that he
always wanted to do! C
From a reviewer at IMDb.com:
A Bored middle aged man decides to drop out of
society and travel the country playing out his
unfulfilled fantasies and personas. Although this
is a really fun idea, with Benjamin playing the
part quite well, it fails to deliver. Having no
real conclusion doesn't help either. The best part
comes when Benjamin gives his students a completly
incomprehensible lecture. Character actors Francis
and Wills help immeasurably. - rwint
