EPISODES 1: SUPERMAN ON EARTH(Sept. 19, 1952):
This first episode shows how Kal-El showed up on
Earth, with all of the happenings on Krypton being
shown!! Krypton exploding, the rocket going to Earth,
the Kents finding Kal-El and the first appearance of
Superman in Metropolis!
There are only a few discrepencies: first off, the
Kents are now Eben and Sarah, not Jonnathan and Martha!

EPISODE 3: THE CASE OF THE TALKATIVE DUMMY(Oct. 03, 1952):
While on a birthday outing for Jimmy, he, Lois and Clark
go to a ventriloquist show and it appears that the dummy
is talking by himself! Later that same episode, there's a
rash of armored car disappearances going on!!

EPISODE 4: MYSTERY OF THE BROKEN STATUES(Oct. 10, 1952):
Lois smells a story when she runs into an arts and crafts
store and klearns that two men came in and smashed a bunch
of statues, but pays for them all!! She then goes to another
store with the same story!! She and Clark proceed to go to
several other shops and buy up all the statues they can
find!
This story is a re-telling of the Sherlock Holmes story The
Six Napoleons!! This was shown in an episode of the Sherlock
Holmes series The Return Of Sherlock Holmes, part of the Granada
television series, episode "The Six Napoleons" in 1986!!

EPISODE 7: THE BIRTHDAY LETTER(Oct. 31, 1952):
A little girl implores Superman to take her to the fair
because she's crippled(her words)! She accidently gets a
call from some hoods that gives her a message about an
upcoming job! She promptly gets kidnapped by said thugs
when a dude dressed (very poorly) as Superman visits her
and takes her off to parts unknown!!

EPISODE 8: THE MIND MACHINE(Nov. 07, 1952):

are kidnapped/stolen for the purpose of using it, and him,
to hypnotize the witnesses a senator has into changing their
testimonies! After using the machine on them the witnesses die!!!

EPISODE 13: THE STOLEN COSTUME(Dec. 12, 1952):
A second story man(in this case 5th) gets trapped by the cops
and he ducks into an apartment which just happened to be Clark
Kent's!! He sumbles upon Clark's hidden closet that held his
Superman costume and makes of with it but gets shot and dies
after he makes his way to a big time thug!! They proceed to
try to make a killing by proving that Clark is Superman!

EPISODE 14: TREASURE OF THE INCAS(Dec. 19, 1952):
Lois goes to an auction and a professor from Lima outside

dude steals the tapestry, and Lois and Jimmy wind up in Paru
where they run into - Clark!!!!

Since my generation knows Batman either as a film noir
type (Tim Burton's and Christopher Nolan's movies) or as
something toyetic (Joel Schumacher's movies), it might
surprise us to learn that there was a campy '60s show
featuring the Caped Crusader and Robin. Whatever the
modern movies gave us, they don't give us zany puns or
graphics showing noises. You can bet money that they
had a lot of fun making this series. You're bound to
